Our customer, a growing and successful Private Equity firm based in Stockholm, is looking for an experienced Interim CFO to join their team for a 1-year maternity leave replacement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background within finance and knowledge of the applicable regulations for listed companies. As the Interim CFO, you will be responsible for leading the finance function and supporting the portfolio companies with various tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CFO, either as Interim or Consultant in a Private Equity or similar fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
Excellent analytical and strategic mindset.
Excellent communication skills and decision-making abilities.
High execution pace and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent Swedish and English language skills, Finnish is seen as an advantage.
The assignment is located in Stockholm and will start no later than April 2023.
